Private Lessons-A Chance to Excel

Just like in any activity, if you want to truly excel, one-on-one coaching is the best way.  Our coaching staff has coached at all levels of rowing,  from beginner to elite.   They can help you fine-tune your stroke with on-the-water sessions and with personal video sessions.  We'll help you break down your stroke and help you realize what you need to do to become the best possible oarsman or oarswoman. 

A private lesson consists of 75 minutes of coaching.  Each session is custom tailored to the skill level and expectations of the session.  Possible goals include technical evaluation, a training session, video review sessions etc.
