Health and Fitness

A three-mornings a week workout which is designed to elevate your fitness and simply make you feel great throughout the Winter.

Incorporating diverse sets of Ergs, Circuits, and Weight Room exercises, designed for moderate intensity and achievable goals.

Your fitness instructor will join in the sets and music may be included often.

Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays 6:00am-7:30am

Winter Location

Training will take place at the Norwalk Senior Center located at 11 Allen Road, Norwalk, CT (directions). Please park in the lower parking lot.
