PROGRAM REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES

Youth Programs

1. Racing Team

• After two weeks, no refunds will be given.

• Withdrawal from the program within the first two weeks will result in a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. 

• Travel fees may be refunded if all travel arrangements are not finalized.  This is at the discretion of the Director.

• Uniform costs may be refunded if the uniform is transferable.  Embroidered uniforms are non-refundable.

• Credits may be given towards future programs under special circumstances.  This is at the discretion of the Director.

• Injuries and prolonged illnesses will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

• Practice Cancellations due to weather are non-refundable and typically are not rescheduled due to time constraints.

2. Recreational and Middle School Programs

• After two weeks, no refunds will be given.

• Once a program has begun, there will be no refunds.

• Credits may be given towards future programs under special circumstances.  This is at the discretion of the Director.

• Cancellation within two weeks prior to a class will result in a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. 

• Practice Cancellations due to weather are non-refundable and typically are not rescheduled due to time constraints.

Adult Membership/Programs

1. Membership/Programs

• Before July 1, 80% of annual membership fee

• Before September 1, 60% of annual membership fee

• Program fees and rack fees are nonrefundable.

• In extenuating circumstances, the Director of Rowing may grant a partial refund of these fees.

• Practice Cancellations due to weather are non-refundable and typically are not rescheduled due to time constraints.

2. Learn To Row

• Once a program has begun, there will be no refunds.
• Credits may be given towards future programs under special circumstances.  This is at the discretion of the Director.
